1. We will try to accommodate all special and pitch requests, but cannot guarantee a specific pitch or location.
2. We request that pitches are vacated by 11.00 AM on the day of departure. Pitches are usually available from 12.00 midday, there is a temporary parking area for early arrivals and late departures by prior arrangement.
3. The balance of payment is due on arrival and may be made by Visa, Access, Switch, cheque or cash.
4. Unused Fees will be refunded (except during the period 19th July to 1st September) but only on request at the time of leaving.
5. If any accidents requiring medical attention or involving damage to property occur within the precincts of the site please report full details to the management prior to your departure.
6. All caravans and vehicles parked, stored and moved on and around the site are parked, stored and moved entirely at the owner's risk, and the company accept no liability for loss or damage to the property, or injury to the owner and his party, howsoever caused.
